2. Purchases, Programs & Digital Products
By purchasing any program or ProAI OS, you acknowledge that:
All sales of digital products, ProAI, Compass OS, Colour Pro OS, and online programs are final.
Access begins immediately upon purchase unless otherwise stated.
Program dates, inclusions, and deliverables are subject to change only if required for quality or operational reasons.
Bootcamp and Certification spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing information, complete all payments in your chosen payment plan, and understand that missed or failed payments may result in paused access until the balance is resolved.
Payment plans are not subscriptions. They are financial agreements that must be completed regardless of program completion or participation.
We reserve the right to send unpaid invoices to collections if required.
4. Delivery of Digital Services & OS Access
Because all products are digital, there is no physical shipping.
Access to ProAI, Compass OS, Colour Pro OS, and digital content is delivered via email or your account dashboard.
Delivery times may vary depending on system setup, onboarding steps, or required user inputs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or user inaction.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, no refunds are offered on ProAI, Compass OS, Colour Pro OS, digital programs, bootcamps, online education, pre-programmed OS access, or payment plans.
Certification Refunds
Paris Certification tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible stylist with written approval.
If Colour Pro cancels or reschedules the event, all students will be offered a transfer to the next available cohort.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, curriculum, frameworks, videos, OS structures, branding, text, and materials on this website or inside any program are protected intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content without explicit written permission.
Violations may result in legal action and removal from all programs without refund.
7. Use of ProAI, Compass OS & Colour Pro OS
By using ProAI, you agree that ProAI is a digital career support tool and learning assistant, not a hiring, legal, or financial advisory service.
You are responsible for any decisions made using insights generated by your OS.
Results vary based on user input, participation, and implementation.
We do not guarantee specific income or career outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for business losses, lost income, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions made using ProAI, Compass OS, Colour Pro OS, or program material.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
9. Privacy & Data Handling
Your data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You grant us permission to store and process your inputs for OS personalization and program delivery.
