This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing information, country/region, and any information entered during OS setup (goals, preferences, inputs, etc.).
Usage & Technical Information
Automatically collected to improve performance: IP address, device data, browser type, cookies, interaction logs within our website and digital products, and non-identifiable analytics about feature usage.
We do not collect or store full payment card data. Stripe handles that securely.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver access to ProAI, Compass OS, and Colour Pro OS, personalize your OS experience and improve AI relevance, process payments and manage your account, provide program support, onboarding, and course access, send updates, reminders, and relevant marketing communications (opt-out anytime), improve website functionality, performance, and security, and comply with legal, safety, and anti-fraud requirements.
We never use your OS inputs for public training, resale, or external AI datasets.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We only share necessary data with secure payment processors, email service providers, customer support platforms, and trusted technical partners required to deliver ProAI or OS functionality.
These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We use cookies and analytics tools to analyze website performance, track user behavior to improve UX, remember login sessions, and customize content.

For OS deletion requests, removing your ProAI data will permanently erase your inputs.
